2005 AMA Sports awards.(WHAT'S UP)

Recently, the AMA held its own awards banquet, which honored many athletes of the two-wheel ilk. However, in recent years, the ATVA has been a part of this ceremony and has given awards to athletes of the four-wheeled type.

On the GNC MX side, it was no surprise that John Natalie took home ATVA Athlete of the Year for his efforts in the GNC series. It didn't hurt that Natalie won the Stadium Series and ESPN Great Outdoor Games race either. ATVA Female Rider of the Year went to Heather Byrd, who received another title in the Women's class. ...
