AIR-253 OTM10: A New EPA Test Method for Measuring Non-Point Emission Sources

This course is intended to give the attendee an understanding of the recently published Other Test Method 10 (OTM10): Optical Remote Sensing for Emission Characterization from Non-Point Sources (see www.epa.gov/ttn/emc/tmethods.html). The specific methodologies will be discussed with regard to their potential applications. Examples of measurement campaigns where OTM10 was applied, such as landfills, concentrated animal feeding operations (CAFOs), and industrial sites, will be presented. No prerequisites are required.
