Boorstein releases CSR training program.(EDUCATION & TRAINING)

Steve Boorstein, a.k.a. "The Clothing Doctor," has developed Test Your CSR, a 90-minute, live presentation for drycleaners and customer service representatives. The presentation includes prop clothing, Q&A sessions, and leave-behind materials.
The in-plant program was developed using information gathered from Boorstein's successful online testing series, "TestMyCSR," which can be sampled at www.testmycsr.com.
CSRs will learn how to be more attentive to customer needs by asking questions, identify pre-existing conditions, advise customers on issues such as shrinkage and the dangers of extended starch use, and keep the alterations department busy.
