Ultralife Batteries, Inc. announces it has added the first two of a number of Prismatic lithium-ion cells to its rechargeable battery product line. The two standard sizes of Ultralife Li-ION Rechargeable Batteries are available for sale to OEMs and distributors worldwide. Cell Model UBP543048 is a 5.4 mm thick (0.21"), weighs 16.5 grams (0.58 oz.) and has a rated capacity of 700 mAh. Model UBP563450 is a 5.6 mm think (0.22"), weighs 24 grams (0.85 oz.) and has a rated capacity of 920 mAh. These two lithium-ion cells are used in wireless and portable electronics products such as mobile phones and PDAs. In addition to lithium-ion Prismatic (rectangular shape) cells, the company offers a number of Ultralife Taiwan's Polymer cells to complement its own Polymer products...
