NEC LCD Technologies is sample shipping its 8.4" XGA TFT color LCD module, NL10276BC16-01. It uses NEC Ultra-Advanced SFT technology and has a viewing angle range of 170[degrees], an XGA resolution of 1,024 x 768 pixels, brightness of 350 cd/[m.sup.2]) and a response time of 25 ms. The display is suitable for entertainment and broadcast equipment, instrumentation, portable medical/patient monitors, portable monitors and tablet PCs.
