Power Management IC for multimedia section supply in new-generation feature phones.(Integrated Circuits)

Atmel[R] Corp. has released its AT73C204 Power Management standard product, said to be the first IC specifically designed for multimedia section supply in new-generation feature phones. It is designed to supply CMOS or CCD camera modules, MP3 or polyphonic ICs, multimedia coprocessor, external memory module, wireless data connection such as Wi-Fi[R] and Bluetooth[R] and a USB interface. The AT73C204 features the complete set of power supplies required to supply a high-end multimedia application. Seven linear regulators provide output voltages from 1.8V to 2.8V with a range of output currents between 10 mA to 130 mA.
