Dual utility outlet family.(Packaging & Interconnects)

ECN-Electronic Component News, May, 2004

Phoenix Contact's DIN-rail mount utility outlet family includes 20 different versions. New variants have been added into each of the four outlet families including standard power, surge suppressor, GFCI (ground fault circuit interruption) and switched version outlets. The utility outlet eliminates the process of assembling an outlet in an industrial facility. The utility outlet provides a dual 120V outlet for use in the control panel, and it is packaged in a touch-proof, safe plastic housing that eliminates the possibility of accidental shock. In addition, a reliable connection can be achieved via the fully insulated VDFK 4 screw clamp terminal block. Phoenix Contact, Inc.
