Qualcomm introduced three power management ICs for mobile handsets. When interfaced with Mobile Station Modem (MSM)[TM] chipsets, the PM6620[TM] addresses cost-sensitive markets and adds to the company's Value Platform of baseband products for entry-level 3G wireless handsets, and the PM6630[TM] and PM6640[TM] address power management in the Multimedia Platform in a 5 mm X 5 mm package for multimedia handsets.
