Weidmuller has announced its LSF-SMT family of push-in direct connection products designed to reduce wiring time by up to 50 percent compared with leaf-spring terminals, according to the company. The push-in direct connection terminals are said to provide a safe and reliable connection for a wide range of applications, including SMT/THR (through-hole reflow), and they are in full compliance with ROHS regulations. They feature a spring-action release button in the direction of the wire connection. Solid core wires are inserted into the terminal point until it hits the stop.
