Land O'Lakes announced this morning that Chris Policinski will become the co-op's new chief executive office Oct. 1. He replaces Jack Gherty, who is retiring after 35 years with the company, the last 16 as CEO.
Policinski is currently LOL's executive VP and COO for Dairy Foods. He's been in that position eight years. He has more than 25 years of management experience in the food industry with General Foods, Kraft, Bristol Meyers Squib and Pillsbury.
