The Atlantic Aviation chain of 19 fixed base operations will more than double, following the announcement in April that parent Macquarie Infrastructure Co. is in the final stages of acquiring Trajen Holdings of Bryan, TX for a reported $338.1 million. The Trajen Flight Support acquisition is reported to include a total of 23 FBOs, two of which Trajen is in the process of acquiring.

Once the deal is completed, it's reported all will be come Atlantic locations, giving the Australian-based company a nationwide U.S. ...
