Negotiations for the second NZNO/District Health Board (DHB) multi-employer collective agreement (MECA) began in Wellington on December 11, with NZNO advocate Glenda Alexander feeling confident the negotiations would be conducted positively.

NZNO has an eight-strong team, five delegates and three staff, while the DHB team consists of nine, including four directors of nursing.
