Northvale, N.J.-- Juvenile toy manufacturer Alex has partnered with LB Kids to launch a publishing program.
Alex and LB Kids, a new imprint of publisher Little, Brown Books for Young Readers, will work together to develop the publishing program, which will include book and toy formats, art and crafts books packaged with Alex art supplies and other books based on Alex's line. The first group will launch in 2006 with new books to follow each season.
"We are delighted to license the Alex brand name to the new LB Kids imprint," said Nurit Amdur, founder and CEO of Alex. "It is an exciting collaboration of two companies dedicated to providing quality products that open a child's mind to new ideas and new skills."
