Phil Green Chief Executive, Babcock & Brown Limited
Phil Green is chief executive of Babcock & Brown Limited, chairman of Babcock & Brown Environmental Investments Limited, and a director of a number of companies including Babcock & Brown Infrastructure Limited, Everest Babcock & Brown, Babcock & Brown Capital Limited, Thakral Holdings Limited and of the responsible entity of Babcock & Brown Japan Property Trust.
Prior to joining Babcock & Brown, Mr Green worked as a senior manager with Arthur Anderson where he specialised in taxation. He qualified as a Chartered Accountant in 1981 and was admitted as a solicitor in NSW in 1978.

Stuart Grimshaw Group Executive, Premium Business Services, Commonwealth Bank
Stuart Grimshaw joined the Commonwealth Bank in January 2002 as group executive financial and risk management and was appointed group executive wealth management in March 2003.
From March 2006, he has led the premium business services division, which manages the bank's institutional, corporate, business and high net worth personal client relationships. It also undertakes financial markets activities in foreign exchange, debt and derivatives.
Mr Grimshaw was formerly chief executive officer Great Britain for National Australia Bank, responsible for National's Yorkshire and Clydesdale Banks.
He commenced his career in banking and finance as a graduate trainee with ANZ in 1983 and joined National in 1991, holding senior credit, relationship, commercial and corporate banking roles.
Peter Hanlon Group Executive, Business Financial Services, Westpac Banking Corporation
Westpac's former chief executive officer, David Morgan, announced the appointment of Peter Hanlon as group executive, business financial services, in February last year.
Mr Hanlon is responsible for small to medium enterprises, including agribusiness and working capital and trade.
He was previously general manager, business banking within the business and consumer banking division and has held a number of senior positions including products and marketing since joining Westpac in 1995.
Michael Harte Group Executive, Enterprise IT, and Chief Information Officer, Commonwealth Bank
Michael Harte joined the Commonwealth Bank as group Executive, Technology in April 2006. In this role, he leads the development of the bank's group technology function and the implementation of its IT strategy enterprise-wide.

Prior to joining CBA, Mr Harte was executive vice president and chief information officer with PNC Financial Services, one of the world's largest investment fund administrators. During his terms with PNC--and prior to that with Citigroup--teams led by Mr Harte have been widely recognised, with awards from CIO magazine, Information Week and CIO Insight.
He currently also works with the Center for Information Systems at the Massachusetts Institute of Technology (MIT) on open systems and competitive advantage.

Brian Hartzer is group managing director of ANZ's personal division, which includes retail banking, mortgages, consumerfinance, Tim banking products, regional & rural banking and investment & insurance products and ANZ's subsidiary, Esanda.
