Ross joined the Commonwealth Bank as Executive General Manager, Retail Sales in December 2006 where he was responsible for the branch network, third party banking and direct banking.
Prior to joining the Group, Ross was with the ASB group in New Zealand for four years, most recently holding the role of Head of Retail Banking & Marketing. There he was responsible for the Retail Bank, Marketing Bank Direct and Group Sales & Service.
Jamie McPhee Group Managing Director, Adelaide Bank

Jamie McPhee joined Adelaide Bank in 1988. After working for some time in treasury, in 1996 he was appointed as general manager interstate operations and one year later was appointed general manager of wholesale operations, overseeing interstate lending, which today represents more than 80 per cent of the Bank's lending business. In September 2000 Mr McPhee was appointed as general manager Lending, overseeing all lending operations, both within SA and interstate. Two years later he was appointed as chief general manager of retail banking, in 2003 he was appointed chief general manager operations, and in December 2006 was appointed as group managing director.
Peter Maher Executive Director and Head of Banking and Financial Services Group, Macquarie Bank
As head of Macquarie Bank's financial services group, Peter Maher is responsible for more than 1200 staff, around 300 retail advisers and over $59 billion in funds under advice/administration.
He is also responsible for Macquarie Adviser Services, a specialist financial intermediary business that directly services over 16,000 financial advisers with cash, wrap, superannuation and alternative investments.
Mr Maher has an extensive background in marketing and general management. He was general manager, marketing at Westpac from April 1997 to October 2000. Before that, he was general manager, DB Breweries in New Zealand.
Peter Marriott Chief Financial Officer, ANZ Banking Group
Peter Marriott was appointed to his current position of chief financial officer in July 1997. He is responsible for all aspects of group financial management, including control of the structure of ANZ's balance sheet, finance management information systems and performance management.
He joined ANZ in 1993 as general manager, group accounting and was then appointed group general manager, credit/risk management in 1995. Prior to his career at ANZ, Mr Marriott was a partner in the Melbourne office of the then KPMG Peat Marwick.
Les Matheson Division Executive Pacific Region, Citi Country Officer Australia, Global Consumer Group, Citigr0up
Les Matheson is Division Executive for the Asia Pacific Region as well as the Citi Country Officer (CCO) for Australia. He serves on the Citi Management Committee and the Global Consumer Planning Group. He is Head of the Global Consumer Group businesses in Australia, the Philippines, and Guam. Les was appointed CCO for Australia in March 2003.
From 1999 to 2001, Les was Business Head of Retail Banking in Japan, where he was responsible for the branch banking liabilities business. At the same time he was also Head of Marketing for the Asia Pacific Region. Prior to that, Les headed the Citigold Wealth Management Division forAsia Pacific, whilst heading Marketing for Asia Pacific across all consumer businesses. From 1997 to 1998, based in Taiwan, he was Head of Internet Development Asia Pacific and Head of Marketing for North Asia.
