J.D. Edwards to Buy Out Numetrix.

Enterprise business software provider J.D. Edwards & Co. of Denver announced that it had executed an agreement to acquire privately held Numetrix Ltd., a Toronto-based developer

of Internet-enabled supply chain planning software--the first takeover of a major APS system provider by an ERP vendor.
