Heritage Propane Partners of Tulsa, Okla., has acquired Tri-Cities Gas Company Inc. of Florence, Ala. Tri-Cities was founded in 1961 by Jack Clemmons, who plans to retire and remain in the area. Co-owner Jeff Gresham will join Heritage as the district manager of that office, which will become a new Heritage branch.
