Using registrars as educators is proving a success. By Heather Ferguson

DON'T be surprised if a fellow registrar is the educator at one of your workshops this year. Registrars-as-medical-educators is a growing concept as regional training providers (RTPs) strive to make training more relevant to registrars and open the way for them to share skills with their colleagues.

The RTPs are also looking to the future, hoping that registrar medical educators will continue to play a role by becoming GP educators.
