Behind the autumn foliage you'll find some equally impressive seeds. By Peter Cundall.

AUTUMN is the season that ushers in brilliant foliage colours, but it is also a time for seed heads, capsules and fruit to create equally beautiful displays.

Eucalyptus caesia (Silver Princess) carries wondrous, pendant clusters of silvery-white, bell-shaped gumnuts that hang through winter and spring. The branches of this gorgeous mallee are dusted with white, contrasting brilliantly with the bright-green leaves.
