PATIENTS' view of the health system is far from rosy, a survey suggests, with more than half saying they have been dissatisfied with their health care and many reporting harm as a result of medical care.

The survey of 1246 patients commissioned by Australian Doctor and Pfizer Australia found that 53% had been dissatisfied with some aspect of their health care.
