TROUBLED SLEEP

WOMEN report more trouble sleeping as they enter menopause, particularly at the beginning and end of their menstrual cycle, a study shows.

Perimenopausal women were 29% more likely to report trouble sleeping than premenopausal women, the study of 630 women aged 43-53 found.
