IN his new role as Victoria's St John Ambulance Service Commissioner, Dr Iain Nicolson says that as well as using the clinical knowledge he has honed in 30 years as a GP, he'll also use the many lessons he has learned about human nature.
"I enjoy being a GP -- you learn how to deal with people, and people skills is what it's all about," he says.
