THREE Hobart GPs who signed blank prescription forms for a colleague banned from prescribing sedatives, hypnotics and S8 drugs because of his drug addiction have been found guilty of professional misconduct.

Last week the Tasmanian Medical Complaints Tribunal heard that Dr Katherine Hansford, Dr Eileen Law and Dr Gregory Schwarz gave signed scripts to Dr Daniel Tucker who then used them to obtain large quantities of benzodiazepines and Zolpidem for himself.
