TWO patients with work-related injuries formed the bookends of a busy clinical week for me.

On Monday morning a well-dressed and determined woman - new to the practice - presented requesting 'some forms to be filled in'. She was armed with a meticulously organised folder outlining an unhappy history of work-related injury.
