VICTORIAN GP DR Alisdair Barnes was inspired to catch up on the news in Australian Doctor after stopping at a medical clinical in Fes in Morocco.
Dr Barnes says she experienced some magical moments in Morocco, including exploring the labyrinthine medieval alleyways of Fes while looking for the perfect Moroccan carpet. She was also pummelled and scrubbed in a tiled bath house, and drank wild mint tea made by a local, after climbing the spectacular canyons in the Todra Gorge.
