A MELBOURNE GP who allegedly persuaded a patient experiencing a major depressive-anxiety disorder to lend him $825,000 has appeared before the state medical board.
Last week a Medical Practitioners Board of Victoria hearing was told Dr Anthony Diamantaras' patient had originally been awarded about $800,000 in a compensation payout for a motorcycle accident that caused both physical and psychological damage.
