GP SUSPENDED

THE GP at the centre of the police investigation into two patient deaths at TocumwalHospital has been suspended by the NSW Medical Board under its emergency powers, although no criminal charges have been laid.

The local community and the Murrumbidgee Division of General Practice have thrown their support behind Dr Balaji Rao, who spoke publicly about his situation, after a rally in Tocumwal attracted about 1000 supporters.
