Doctors face a different standard of proof when investigated by medical boards.
MEDICAL boards have been criticised for not providing natural justice to doctors facing professional misconduct charges.
That is what Dr Prem Nanda, a 62-year-old former GP, believes. He says he was forced by the NSW Medical Board into premature retirement over accusations of sexual misconduct.
"I have been working as a GP since 1979 and have devoted myself to my profession," says Dr Nanda, who practised in NSW's HunterValley.
