MJA Researchers are questioning the ability of the Australian graduate medical school entry tests to predict how well students will perform in medical school.

A study analysed 189 students' achievements in the Graduate Australian Medical School Admissions Test (GAMSAT) and interview, and found no evidence they predicted performance at medical school, based on year 2 exam results and two tests of clinical reasoning.
