HOW can I help you, Jack? "It's me guts," Jack replied. "It's me guts," he repeated, rubbing his head.

"Jack has had a headache," said his mother.

"It's me guts," said Jack, again rubbing his head.

The patient was four, the doctor was 60 and the mother was stressed after a long time in the waiting room.

Jack looked extremely well. They all laughed.
