FAMOUS for its apples, Tasmania's Huon Valley is fertile ground for many more delicious delights, including blackberries, which grow along the lanes that crisscross the countryside.

In season, the bushes are so heavy with fruit you can fill yourself and an ice-cream tub with plump, lip-staining berries in one stop.
