THE risks of working excessively long hours were highlighted when Dr David Lindsay became embroiled in a legal battle with another GP.

When Dr Lindsay purchased the Sydney Skin Cancer Clinic one of the clinic's GPs began working for a rival practice where he used booking sheets and pathology reports from the Sydney Skin Cancer Clinic to contact patients and invite them to consult him at his new practice.
