THE national collaboratives project could be set to expand into areas including mental health and medical error prevention, despite having no guaranteed funding beyond June next year.

Dr Dale Ford, clinical director of the National Primary Care Collaboratives, told conference delegates the organisation was considering mental health, error prevention and prevention of diabetes and coronary heart disease as possible topics for future collaboratives.
