AUSSIES AS LAZY AS EVER
MORE than two-thirds of Australians do not get the recommended amount of physical activity each week, research from the Australian Bureau of Statistics shows. The research found that in 2004-05, 70% of Australians aged 15 and over were classified as sedentary or having low exercise levels -- a figure that has remained relatively unchanged in the past 10 years.
