WHAT better spot to read Australian Doctor than in a place of ideas -- the Roman Forum, which was the political and economic hub of ancient Rome.

Perth GP Dr Eric Khong peruses the paper in front of the three remaining columns of the forum's Temple of Castor and Pollux after enjoying a large bowl of fresh pasta, some delicious gelato and an aromatic espresso in a nearby trattoria.
