A MELBOURNE GP will be counselled on how to talk to women after telling a patient "holy mackerel you are small" while conducting a Pap smear.
It is the second time that Dr Richard George Young, a former male model and Cleo Bachelor of the Year nominee, has been before the Medical Practitioners Board of Victoria.
The latest hearing centred on his conduct while performing a Pap smear at his Ripponlea practice in November 2004.
The board found Dr Young's manual dilation of the patient so that he could insert the speculum was "reasonable" ...
