The S-3000E Tilt Tray Sorter from FKI Logistex Crisplant Inc. reaches new, higher levels of accuracy and capacity for high-speed sortation systems. The S-3000E, which is the latest generation tilt tray sorter from FKI Logistex Crisplant, utilizes an electronic tilting mechanism and operates at only 62 decibels, 12 decibels lower than earlier models. By banking the trays in the curves, the S-3000E's electronic tilt design feature allows the sorter to reach higher speeds than the current generation tilt tray sorters speed barrier of 2.1 m/s or approximately 410 ft./min.
