Product Overview
OGP designs and manufactures a wide range of products that provide a great return on investment.
Contour Projectors[R], from the benchtop Focus to heavy-duty floor models, with a variety of worktable capacities, optical configurations, and software. OGP Contour Projectors are noted for their rugged construction and precision optics.
SmartScope[R] benchtop video systems. Flash and Flare represent a new generation of personal metrology systems, with innovative mechanical design, top-notch optics, and intelligent illumination. ZIP features full FOV processing, AccuCentric auto-calibrating zoom lens, and SmartRing and touch probe options. Quest brings TeleStar optics, multi-sensor capability, and 3D software to metrology.
Large travel video systems, including Avant[R] ZIP, the unique air-bearing-design Avant ATS, and Avant Apex for ultra-high accuracy. Large travel SmartScope Flash and Flare systems, featuring 8 inches of Z axis travel and our patented SmartRing[TM] light, are value leaders. New SmartScope Quests were designed from the ground up as premium multi-sensor metrology systems.
Cobra[TM] laser profile scanners use laser triangulation to provide non-contact two- and three-dimensional surface profiles. A family of sensors accommodates a wide variety of surfaces.
AG Slides family of precision linear motion components. Ball and roller slides in a variety of sizes including the Ironman and EZ-Slider brands. The innovative wedge feature makes it simple to adjust pre-load of all the bearings at once.
Custom engineered products and services, from part-holding fixtures, to custom optics, illumination systems, software, and complete systems. OGP also provides charts and fixtures, certification reticles, staging kits and accessories, and rotary indexers.
