Atlas Oil Acquires Fisher Fuel.(Fisher Fuel Company)(Brief Article)

Taylor-based Atlas Oil Holdings, Inc., a wholly owned subsidiary of Simon Holdings, has acquired substantially all of the assets and operations of Fisher Fuel Company, of Walled Lake, in a friendly buyout, adding $25 million in fuel distribution to Atlas Oil's existing revenues of more than $750 million from operations including fuel distributing of more than 600 million gallons. Both companies are privately held. Fisher Fuel has revenues of $25 million with 43 employees. Atlas Oil and Simon Holdings related companies have combined revenues of more than $750 million and 120 employees.
