His responsibilities include project oversight, contractor coordination, construction engineering, and client relations. Serbowicz, formerly of Century A&E Corporation, has 25 years of experience in the architecture/engineering/construction industry.
He holds a bachelor of science degree in civil/structural engineering from Michigan Technological University and is a registered professional engineer.
