The Builders' Association Substance Abuse Fund was recently recognized for its groundbreaking workplace drug testing program. The Mo-Kan Construction Industry Substance Abuse Program (CISAP) Fund received the national Gary E. Bird Horizon Award Nov. 10 at the 24th International Risk Management Institute (IRMI) Construction Risk Conference in Orlando, Fla.
IRMI presents the Horizon Award annually for demonstrated commitment to improving construction risk management through the implementation of innovative, cost-effective and efficient risk management techniques.
