By Curt Grandia Koss Construction Company Project Includes Unbonded, Bonded Overlays Koss Construction Company is at work on a $12.2-million project on Interstate 44 in southern Missouri that includes about 4-1/2 miles, eastbound and westbound, of 8-inch unbonded concrete overlay.

The Topeka, Kan.-based roadbuilders' work is part of the Missouri Department of Transportation's (MoDOT) efforts to resurface all of I-44 in Lawrence County this construction season.
