Murcielago in demand

The USA will get 140 of the 400 Lamborghini Murcielagos that will be built this year.

The 575hp, 330kph Murcielago is the fastest production car in the world. It is priced at $273,000 (E306,308).

Automobili Lamborghini President Giuseppe Greco said the 2002 production of the Murcielago is sold out.

Dealers in some countries, such as the UK, are already ordering cars that won't be built until next year.
