BACK IN 1993, Porsche looked as though it might not survive. Losses were piling up and sales were declining rapidly. But a new Chief Executive, Wendelin Wiedeking, put together a team of young lieutenants who made miracles happen in Zuffenhausen, Germany. One member of Wiedeking's team was Andreas Offermann, who was recruited from BMW and put in charge of export sales. Working day and night, Offermann made a major contribution to Porsche's revival. Since 1999 he has been Porsche's director of sales.
Name: Andreas Offermann.
