Sweden's Bilia tops a strong performance from retailers.

All 13 public automotive retailers gained in share value in the fourth quarter, with the top 10 recording double-digit growth.

Bilia AB of Sweden led with a 43.7 percent return in the fourth quarter. Analysts have upgraded Bilia on expectations of rising profitability at its services unit and potential to benefit from European auto market deregulation. It operates in 11 European countries.
