Automotive News Europe, February, 2002 by Ciferri, Luca
Charismatic Fiat Auto sales boss Juan Jose Diaz Ruiz has been left out of the company's new top management team.
Insiders expect Diaz Ruiz, 58, to resign soon.
New CEO Giancarlo Boschetti named the heads of five newly created units as part of a reorganization of Fiat's struggling passenger-car division.
Boschetti replaced Roberto Testore in December. His appointment followed several quarters of disappointing financial results and missed sales targets. Boschetti was previously head of Fiat group's Iveco heavy truck business.
