Automotive News Europe, July, 2002 by Weernink, Wim Oude
Honda is considering building a minicar close in size to the Smart for the European and Japanese markets, a Honda executive said.
"We are thinking of a car that's under 3000mm in length," said Hiroshi Kobayashi, president of Honda Motor Europe North. "Technically, creating such a car won't be a problem. We have the know-how."
Honda "is currently carrying out feasibility studies," Kobayashi said.
The Smart measures 2500mm.
