Online exchanges Covisint and Fast Buyer joined forces to provide purchasing services to Fiat and its suppliers in Italy, Brazil and Turkey.
Fast Buyer will use Covisint's tools and the two companies will share revenues. A co-branded website is being launched.
While Covisint is dedicated to the automotive industry, Fast Buyer conducts almost 50 percent of its activities in other sectors.
