To the Editor:
THERE ARE interesting parallels between two articles in the July 15 edition. Page 8 talks about the trials and tribulations of the Japanese in Europe, and Page 10 about the problems faced by Europeans in the USA. There are accurate observations in both cases and lessons to be learned.
