Scheele: We'll keep Volvo
Ford Chief Operating Officer Nick Scheele denies rumors that Ford wants to sell Volvo.
Scheele told German sister publication Automobilwoche: "I don't know where these rumors originate. There have never been such plans. The truth is that we look very closely at all of our acquisitions in connection with our austerity program. Our plan is to sell those that are not part of our major business. Some immediately, others as soon as the offers are satisfactory."
